The Importance of Freethought by David Burt

The current world we have today, with all the comfort and technology we have, would not exist if it wasn’t for people who thought outside the box of the status quo. If human beings didn’t have the will power to go against the social norms of the world around them, we would still be living in caves or out the the jungle. It was the doing of the few outsiders who didn’t fit in with the herd we owe our present high tech society to. This is why freethought should be celebrated and supported for the betterment of mankind and future generations.
